I am so happy!
Life is beautiful. Wow. I love this mood! I want to stay in it for ever.
I went to see the Russian Ballet yesterday :)
It was amazing.
They really are the masters of Ballet.
But yes.
Made me want to dance!
Although I'm not that well at the moment and that's why I'm at home by my iddy biddy self typing away.
3 weeks!

In four months and 4 hours and 44 mins I'll be sixteen. Scary stuff. Pan's Labyrinth is an amazing movie! It's horrifying but beautiful in it's simplicity. I am well, reading 5 books at a time as usual, and I'm very excited about our upcoming drama production of Antigone- I play the headstrong king Creon. (different character to my usual style but great) I miss foxton terribly. I need to come down real soon!
Am very very happy for no reason, I love that feeling.

Hey everyone! Well, it seems to be more like, "Hey people who have added me as a friend!"
How are you all?
Usual excuse- I'll not bother putting it..
Let's see, something trivial to start with...
Today! ha.
Tutor: received National Youth Drama School information pack for April next year in Hawkes Bay, might go to it! Also used Leah's arm as pillow because was extremely tired from late night before. (which is what's happening here anyway...arch LJ is too tempting)
Science: I remember thinking it was amusing for some reason. Ah yes! Watched delightful science video, you know how they go hehe.
Maths: Spent entire period getting portfolio up to date, which I had already done so in my case, tried to start practice exam but failed in attempt to. Spent time writing brilliant poetry instead(I always get inspiration from maths, it must be because I'm always so utterly bored there)
Interval: Went inside due to freezing wind but was ushered outdoors by frowning Mr Wong.Not very pleasant, considering he doesn't understand much english anyway.
French: now here's something I love. Have decided that want to start over and be born in France, learn the language of love properly....hopefully I might do a student exchange in year 12?
Social Studies: Awesome time in library, Cronshaw didn't turn up for our research project (hurrah!) but still stayed good and composed emails to various venues for virtual Masked Ball. Much fun, especially when Ms. Peron came in and spoke to us in that French/English accent of hers. We immediately looked studious, although was hard not to laugh because she's so ridiculous sometimes.
Lunch: Inside again, discussed everything from teachers to termites (well, you get the idea)
Computing: I am honestly sick of this subject. Because of this, I finish in record time and Mrs. Davidson thinks I enjoy it so gives me extra work to do *sigh* at least we're doing web pages now, I get to add pictures :)
Ballet: Got there and Mrs Edwards tells me -
"Oh, didn't you get my message?"
"What message?"
"The one I left on your anserphone this afternoon. You must have left before I rung. We don't need you here today, I'm teaching individuals for the production, I'm working my way down the list"
"Oh, alright, I'll...try and get Mum to pick me up?"
"That's a good idea, you can use this landline if you want"
"But she won't be home yet *motions to own mobile*"
"Oh, in that case, you can use your own. Alright, Louise, Kate, Bomin, I want you all with you pointe shoes on and I'm going to teach Bomin her variation first so you two can practise your dance"
How rude! She said some of it with a supercillious smile on her face but still. What if I hadn't gone home after school? I could get hold of mum for ages anyway so had to sit and read, and occasionally watch Kate and Louise's dance (Puss in Boots). I am Little Red Riding Hood by the way! I get a solo :)

From watching the OC final the other night, the sond 'Hallelujah' keeps resonating in my head, it's so haunting.
I guess it was for the best that she was killed off but the OC will never be the same...

I'm great, home life is quiet, Inka is ours, Friends are amazing, missing Foxton, one of my friends is turning Goth, Conah my knight is great, doing really well in french and drama and english, but am starting to daydream again, my other friend has a mullet, wanting to watch LOTR, am extremely tired after going to bed late, vowing to drink two bottles of water each day to keep up hydration( why ever not)

Well I'm here again procrastinating when I really should be typing out a good copy for my homework that I had planned to have finished yesterday, eating creamy latte yoghurt and complaining about wasting time whilst wasting time on here typing nondescript ramblings and continually driving myself into an even deeper whirlpool.Not that being on here is wasting time; actually it diverts my attention from the essay what with all the pretty avatars and flashing lights. Last night I spent about 2 hours doing the same thing, minus the yoghurt but I spent a lot of time searching for new avatars as my old collection had been there for a while. It was satisfying, as I had not had the pleasure of doing that for two weeks (sickness) and it also gave me eye strain and a headache but hey, the price we pay..!
My gosh, I just switched to rich text and this pink is adding to the pretty colours! I feel like Alan Shore.

Oh dear, now the feeling of not having finished something overwhelms. I wonder why? Oh yes! Tis that I haven't answered all the comments in my inbox, I'm going to have to get used to all this again, I guess it's like pointe work really.
Don't worry if you've no idea what I'm talking about, it's just what pops into my head at the time haha. Here's a question: Do you two believe in ghosts? I'm sure you do Kirsty but how about you, Summer? The paranormal is fascinating but also quite scary especially after Jane Eyre! Tell me about your ghostly encounters (if any) please!
*Cathy discovers LiveJournal Video* Ooh! I wonder what this does? I'd better not press it though, my computer probably won't handle it. Ah well, time for a laptop.
I mean, who would want to do an assignment on 'How Women's work changed during the First World War' ? And during the holidays too? Sometimes they pile too much on us.
You know, if I clocked up all the hours I've spent on this in the past; it would probably be more than a couple of days. That's a scary thought. It would be more for you two! Imagine what we could have done with that time if we didn't have this? I could have gone to London, I could have learned to ski, robbed a bank, overthrown Helen Clarke... well maybe not but you get the idea.
Better yet, imagine if we added up all the hours everyone who blogs in the world has spent, well, 'blogging'? you'd have enough time with that to start a pilgrimage!
I love rhetorical questions! They drive me nuts but they work for me when I use them, especially in speeches or whatnot.
Am I just talking bollocks?

Why don't people respect the pioneers and servants from early 20th century and late 19th more? From reading Jane Eyre I certinly do, poor Jane was treated inhumanely and I really want those horrible people to put themselves in her shoes and make it right again. I guess it relates to today and everything, how people are rascist and feel they are superior, I think it sucks. Be happy, everyone! You're on the same earth, you were born in this skin, make the most of it. Who would want to be known as nasty or something like that? I certainly wouldn't be. This isn't a dig at anyone I know by the way, it's just initiated about last century's stuck up kings and queens and terrible-natured aristocrats.
This week has been strange. I thought it would be great, and while it has been great, the big prospect of Retreat and social studies exams next week are looming up like a mountain blocking my sunlight. I can't wait until the last week of term! It'll be great, with only Junior Production to worry about :)

Oh I forgot! Lunch was rad!! Rad I say! We had the funniest time trying to persuade the twins and oj and anna to sit over by us (me Harry Alex Jacqui) and it was a war of such but we won anyway! Oh gosh Social Studies was great too, even if it was tournament of the minds, especially the stripper XD poor Leah!(long story - tell me if you want to hear it) Let's see, what else happened? Oh yes, I almost fell asleep in maths again hehe, and after school Ballet was tiring as well so I may go soon to go to bed early plus I have a ton of homework aaa!
p.s. after ballet Mum went into new world to get some bits and bobs, and guess who she got served by? Corban Simpson! he apparently went all red when she realised who he was and told him what a pity it was that I was sitting in the car and didn't come shopping with her. She asked him where he was living and he wrote it down along with his number! I shall ring it sometime hehehe |

My Drama teacher said she was very proud of me ( after a rehearsal one day) and said that I am very articulate and well spoken and that she recommends I definitely take Drama right up to 7th form!! =D

Am still loving Wuthering Heights, though it is rather sad as Cathy (yes haha Cathy Earnshaw) dies :(

Hello, computing seems to be the only time I have to update any more. Well, all good though little felling sick but I shall suffice.

Am typing from a computer in school! Go me!
I have an audition today, wish me luck, it's for the part of Olivia for our junior production :)
I have a debate next (2nd period) for english, it shall be really fun haha.
Did one yesterday in fact, that cats are better than dogs and the dogs won!grr.
So, how're things in foxton? Tauranga is fine, although have been feeling tired but ah well.
I shallst update fully at home hopefully, this is just a tidbit to say that I'm still alive and kicking. (well, and smiling too :) gosh my goat picture is making me dizzy.

Well, here I am again. I am sitting at a computer in my computing class in Tauranga Girls', contemplating life and today's assembly. We have a free period yay!
So yes, I shall record today's events:
-Mum woke me up at 8 (shockhorror), to tell me that she had overslept by 20 mins and that we might be late. So me, being the panic-stricken me I am, rushed to get changed in 10 minutes and cleaned my teeth and had a wash in record time, only to find that I hadn't had breakfast. So, hurriedly, Mum made me some toast and a milo and I finished those in a minute and rushed out the door.
10 or so minuted later, I am walking in the gate literally when the bell rings.
-1st period Science, had a test (earth science- quite mundane but interesting all the same) I did ok, but was distracted by the ever-chirping birds outside.
-Maths, which is not my preferred subject in the morning, studied 'patterns' and was daydreaming about what the 5th Harry potter movie might be like.
-Interval, sat around and ate elevensies.
-French, watched the rest of a hilarious movie in French with english subtitles which depicted a 14 year old girl on holiday with her father. Very interesting.
-Massive school assembly, had to sit on the floor like squashed sardines in a tin. All 1700 of us. The place smelt like feet, and you can imagine the rest.
-Lunch, ate two small easter eggs and went positively crazy (well, it is the last day after all) and celebrated.
-Computing, which is where I am now, it's a free period, and I am half-typing half-listening to the other girls goign on about nothing in particular. Gave my computing teacher an easter egg, much to her surprise.
AFter school I am going to Ballet, and oh yes!
Point last night was great, I did a dance in the centre for once, on pointe(on my toes) :)
Did you watch lost? I did last night, and basically the creepy island-guy found the book with the tape of that creepy-hitler-inspired asian guy telling them not to use the computer to communicate with the outside world or something, and then Michael's son messaged him through it. It has me intrigued and wondering how he could get through to his dad, and why they weren't allowed to use the computer for anything except the code. If I was them, I would just not put the code in to see what would happen. But them again, I wouldn't. Gah. Such choices.
What is the obsession with iPods anyway? I know they're cool, and I probably wouldn't think the same if I had one, but quite frankly I'm happy with my discman. :)

We have homework over the holidays. Homework. In the holidays. Should I sue for slave labour? I'm going to try and get it done this weekend, call me a swot I don't mind, but all the more time I can spend on having fun in second week XD

All of a sudden I have a craving for sleep. I'm not sure if you can crave sleep, in that case I have invented the feeling.

Back to school; not so pleasant but am surviving.
Somebody said to me that I'm "too nice", and "very deep-thinker"
So yes, being the deep thinker I am, have analysed the latter comment to be as such:
Maybe I am a deep thinker, I noticed it myself yesterday when watching a hedgehog. Yes, you may think I'm crazy, but this hedgehog has its own life, amongst thousands of other hedgehogs, plodding about day to day. But what struck me most is that I had never thought about hedgehogs like that before, or any other non-human being (well, except for cats) that they would have the same thoughts and reflexes and emotions as we do. I would love to just spend a day as one to understand what they go through, to see human's from behids their eyes.
So yes, and today I have been doing homework for about 4 hours on/off.Call me a swot if you want, I know it's only the first week back but who cares, I still want to get it over and done with :)
